Network Controller

The Network Controller is a communication module that performs several main functions. First and foremost, it acts as a communication interface to a Prolon network via Ethernet, USB or RS485. It also manages the occupancy schedule and the outside temperature reading which it can distribute to any Prolon controller on the network.
The Network Controller can be configured to poll any Prolon controller and send email-based alerts upon user-selectable conditions and can also record trend logs for any controller on the network.


Prolon Panels

Many Prolon controllers can be ordered factory mounted inside a UL Listed panel. The Network controller or master panel can include a display for users who want local access without the use of a tablet or cell phone with Prolon Focus installed. Panels come with din mounted terminals and wiring diagram.


Rooftop Controller

The Prolon series Rooftop Controller is designed to control a variety of different rooftop units or HVAC air handling equipment. The on-board microcontroller offers precise digital control to maximize performance


Heatpump Controller

The Prolon series Heatpump Controller is in essence a collection of highly effective Heatpump control sequences designed by Prolon, based on the feedback of our trusted clients and contractors with years of field experience.


Flex IO

The Prolon series FlexIO Controller is a general purpose controller whose inputs and outputs can be individually configured for use in various applications. The controller is offered in two hardware models, offering the user the choice of expanded functionality versus targeted pricing.

VAV and VVT Zone Controller

The Prolon series Pressure dependent and Pressure Independent VAV Zone Controllers are designed for variable air volume zoning systems. The built-in microprocessor offers precise digital control to maximize performance. The outputs and control sequences are all fully configurable, either locally or remotely, using free software or from the digital room sensor.


T1000 Wall Module

The Prolon T1000 digital sensor is designed to work with a variety of Prolon controllers, to which it transmits information such as the ambient
zone temperature, heating and cooling setpoints, occupancy override status and other valuable parameters. The T1000 also provides the user
with an access point to view and configure any parameter of the connected controller through a very intuitive onscreen menu system.


T500 Wall Module

The Prolon T500 digital sensor is designed to work with a variety of Prolon controllers, to which it transmits information such as the ambient zone temperature, heating and cooling setpoints as well as the schedule override request from the zone. The T500 has backlit graphical LCD display and a knob mounted on an precision rotary encoder with incremental feedback.


T200 Wall Module

The Prolon T200 digital sensor is designed to work with a variety of Prolon controllers, to which it transmits information such as the ambient zone temperature, heating and cooling setpoints as well as the schedule override request from the zone.


Bluetooth tool

The PL-485-BT is a Bluetooth 4.0 to RS485 converter. Its main purpose is to wirelessly transmit the messages generated by the Prolon Focus software via Bluetooth to a standard RS485 network. This allows any smartphone or tablet to view and configure a Prolon Control System directly, without requiring Wi-Fi or Ethernet access to the system.
